Every bottle of Hellström gin is handcrafted in small batches. The distillery is located in an old dairy factory in Hablingbo on the island of Gotland.

Elisabeth Hellström is the youngest master distiller in the world. The journey started in 2015 when her family’s hotel Fabriken Furillen made a gin in collaboration with Hernö Gin. This grew her interest in gin and the art of distilling. In 2019 she founded Hellström Gin with a vision to create outstanding spirits with a taste of Swedish wilderness.
